SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Lead Times

• Standard Items: We typically ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days. If we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days, we will cancel the unshipped part of the order and notify you via email. Any payments made for the unshipped part will be refunded in the original payment method.
• Wedding Cards with Printing: The dispatch time is between 7 to 14 business working days from the day you approve the final proofs.
• Wedding Cards without Printing: The dispatch time is between 3 to 5 business working days from the day you approve the final proofs.

Shipping Days

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Partners

To ensure timely delivery and good condition of your order, we only ship through reputed agencies.

Order Shipping

While we aim to ship all items in your order together, this might not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Delivery Condition

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package. Contact our Customer Care immediately, mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Invoices and Indian Tax Regulations

All items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

General Policy

• No Returns: Wedding cards or any other products ordered from our website cannot be returned simply because they are not liked. Only exchange requests, as per our exchange policies, will be entertained.
• Color Variations: Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual printed card. Handmade paper tends to vary both in GSM (grams per square meter) and color, with a variation of ±11% being an acceptable norm worldwide. There might be minor variations in the paper of other grades too. Screen printing is done on the wedding cards, and a 3% color variation is possible.

Cancellation Policy

• Order Duplication: If a customer places the same order more than once for the same product and quantity within a span of 24 hours, the cancellation request will be considered.
• Time Frame: Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the request will not be entertained if the orders have already been shipped.

Customized Products

• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-return policy. All custom wedding cards and personalized products are made to order and tailored to your specifications. This includes printed, embossed, or engraved products.
• Non-Customized Products: We also do not accept returns or exchanges on non-customized products. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

Refund Policy

• Canceled Orders: Refunds will be processed for canceled orders only. Refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the date of refund confirmation.
